A directory, not a contractor

Trade Post Local lists independent businesses. We don't perform, supervise or guarantee any work, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a business. A listing — including a Featured listing — is not an endorsement or recommendation.

Accuracy and licenses

Listing details come from public records, openly licensed data and business owners, and may be out of date or incomplete. License information reflects Florida DBPR public records at the time we imported them. Always verify a contractor's license, insurance and references yourself (for example at myfloridalicense.com) before hiring.

Featured listings and ads

Featured listings are paid placements and are labeled as such. The site may also display third-party advertising. We aren't responsible for the content of ads or of websites we link to.

Business owners

If you represent a listed business, you may ask us to correct or remove your listing. When you submit information to us, you confirm you're authorized to do so and that it's accurate. We may verify ownership before making changes, and may decline or remove content that is misleading, unlawful or submitted without authorization.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk.
• Don't submit false information or impersonate a business.
• Don't interfere with the site or generate artificial clicks.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Post Local is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by any listed business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
