About Trade Post Local

Trade Post Local helps homeowners in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties find local home service pros — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, pool service, impact windows and shutters, screen enclosures, general contractors and more.

Built on licensed contractors

Most listings start from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) public license records. When a listing shows a Florida licensed contractor badge, the license number shown comes from those records. We recommend confirming any license at myfloridalicense.com before you hire.

Phone numbers, websites and addresses come from openly licensed business data (including Overture Maps Foundation data) and from business owners themselves.

How listings are ordered

• Featured listings are paid placements. They are always clearly labeled “Featured” and rotate among advertisers.
• All other listings are free. They are grouped into businesses based in the area you're viewing and businesses that also serve it, then listed alphabetically — never by payment.

Local and independent

Trade Post Local is based in Stuart, Florida. We are not affiliated with any contractor, trade association or government agency, and a listing is not an endorsement.
